Restaurant Suggestions Anyone?

Does anyone have any suggestions of vegetarian/vegan restaurants that I should try out in the NYC/NJ area and review on this blog?  If so, now is the time to speak up! I would love to hear from you and try out some new places that may not be on my list.

Candle 79 is one of my favorite places! They also have a more casual diner called Candle Cafe.

Thanks Terre for the great suggestion! I loved Candle Cafe (see review dated September 25th) and I've been meaning to try Candle 79 but haven't just yet. It's now on the official list, which is ever-growing!
